Erin Janklow

Erin Janklow founded Entrada to empower adults to learn to speak a new language as they work. Guided by the desire to spread compassion through communication, she designed Entrada to bridge the gap between the resources available to low-income workers and those required to successfully learn a foreign language as an adult. Erin is fluent in Italian and advanced in Spanish and learned both languages in her twenties. English is her native language.

Prior to founding Entrada, Erin spent four years developing new techniques for learning English at a rapid yet sustainable pace. She also worked at TripAdvisor, developing expertise in sustainability in the hospitality industry. Erin holds an MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and a BA from Northwestern University. She is CELTA certified, facilitates energy work, and loves hiking, ancient history, and swing dancing.
