Yoko K. & Aliens of Extraordinary Abilities Presents Pre-22nd Century Nostalgia Mars Pop
8PM Doors Open | 8:30PM Performance | 9:30PM DJ Set & Meet-the-Artist Dance Party
Halcyon Fellow and artist Yoko K., alongside Aliens of Extraordinary Abilities present an immersive, interactive evening of live electronic music and video art that engages the audience to imagine what our shared future looks, sounds, and feels like.
Join us in playfully examining how post-apocalyptic representations of the future shape our sense of the present, and how to explore an alternative: “What would the most optimistic future look like?"
Yoko’s ensemble will engage the audience through an interactive post-performance experience, as well as an online forum to understand the non-immediate impact of the work.
Dress with your twenty-second century flare, to party and dance - or just come as you are, to relax and recharge. All ages are welcome.
