Anna Auerbach is the co-founder and co-CEO of Werk, a startup championing flexibility as the future of work. Auerbach is a former McKinsey consultant and social impact COO, and a Brandeis University and Harvard Business School grad who learned her first lesson in entrepreneurship when she moved to the U.S. as a refugee at age 6 – knowing just one word of English. Anna is a strategic thinker who loves a good data analysis session. She lives in New York City with her husband Phillip and their son Asher.
