Carrie Rich is the co-founder and CEO of The Global Good Fund. The Global Good Fund exists to accelerate the development of high potential young leaders using entrepreneurship for social impact.  This vision is achieved through financial investment and by harnessing executive insights via a customized leadership development program.  Ms. Rich served as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University where she developed a Healthcare Sustainability curriculum and a book, Sustainability for Healthcare Management: A Leadership Imperative, co-authored through Routledge Publishers.  Ms. Rich currently serves on the faculty at George Washington University where she created and teaches curriculum on coaching and entrepreneurship for nurses.  
Ms. Rich was previously responsible for Vision, Brand and Communications at Inova Health System and led the Thought Leadership Forum at Perkins+Will.  She also co-founded and advises Blu2Green LLC and serves on multiple community boards.  Ms. Rich graduated with a MS in Health Systems Administration from Georgetown University, a BA from Lehigh University, and a certificate in Healthcare Quality from Harvard University. Ms. Rich volunteers enjoys photography, other people’s cooking, and voluntary running.
