Dennis Ssekimpi is the lead of research and development at Hya Bioplastics. He has a background in civil and environmental engineering. Dennis has presented papers at various conferences about the role of bioplastics in shaping a bioeconomy for Africa. These include the 1st Eastern Africa Bioeconomy Conference 2020 and the 10th International Conference on Sustainable Waste Management towards Circular Economy 2020.
