Dwayne Griffith

Dwayne (he/him) firmly believes that a changemaker takes the resources available to them and influences positive change in others. As Program Coordinator, he assists with the application process, serves as the POC for the current fellows and alumni, and supports the incubator program’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining the Halcyon Incubator, Dwayne was the Chief Impact Officer for the PWR Agency. This social enterprise provides entrepreneurs on Small Island Developing States (SIDS) with tools and resources to launch and scale their social ventures. He designed and implemented the company’s social impact strategy while developing lifelong strategic partners. Dwayne’s experience includes CSR consulting for Parkes Philanthropy and Entrepreneurial Program Management for Quarter Zero.

Dwayne holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the Watson Institute at Lynn University and a Certificate in Human Rights and International Development from the United Nations-mandated University for Peace.

In his leisure time, Dwayne enjoys traveling to learn about different cultures, food, and traditions.
