Erica Cole

Erica started No Limbits after becoming an amputee in a car accident. As she adjusted to her new normal, she was frustrated by only being able to wear shorts or sweatpants because they were the only things that would fit over her prosthesis. After adapting her clothing to work for her, she wanted to help others who struggle with clothing due to a disability. She has made it her mission to make the fashion industry more accessible.

After graduating with her chemistry degree, Erica decided to leave research behind to follow her passion. Erica led No Limbits through the Target Incubator Program and is a current Future Founders Fellow. She was awarded University of Iowa Student Startup of the Year in 2019 and Female Founder of the Year in 2020. Erica has traveled all over the country to pitch her story and was featured in USA Today in 2019.
