Sandra Namboozo is the CEO of Karpolax, a trailblazing agritech company dedicated to reducing post-harvest losses through innovative, eco-friendly solutions. With a rich background in engineering and sustainability, Sandra began her career as a Process Engineer at the Uganda National Oil Company, where she honed her expertise in operational efficiency and resource management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Carbon Management at the University of Edinburgh, deepening her knowledge of sustainable practices to address global environmental challenges. Under her leadership, Karpolax has scaled its impact, serving over 16,000 farmers and preserving thousands of tonnes of fresh produce monthly. Sandra’s strategic vision and dedication to sustainability drive the company’s mission to empower smallholder farmers with cutting-edge technologies, fostering resilience and improving livelihoods across Africa.
