Jasmin Hinnant is an HR professional with experience in Org Development, Talent Development, and DEI. Jasmin graduated from Temple University (’14) and Michigan State University (’16) with degrees in Adult and Organizational Development and Higher Education. Jasmin has worked at universities, nonprofits, and startups in NYC with missions focused on bettering marginalized communities, and is well versed on the biases and microaggressions that people of color, women, and the LGBTQIA+ experience in the workplace.
