Jelena S. Mishina is the Founder and CEO of SharedWorkshop.  Jelena comes from a manufacturing family in Metro Detroit. Seeing first hand how the loss of manufacturing jobs affected her community, she is deeply committed to bringing back the glory of manufacturing and dignity to our blue collar Americans.  Mishina holds a masters in public policy from University of Michigan. Prior to founding SharedWorkshop, Mishina worked for the U.S. Government, the United Nations Development Fund for Women, and founded Acropetal Solutions, a business development firm focused on the Arabian Gulf. 

Venture: SharedWorkshop is a peer-to-peer marketplace platform that efficiently matches manufacturing facilities with excess space with individuals or companies that need it. SharedWorkshop's aim is to tackle the 1B square feet of unused manufacturing space and are currently running their pilot in Metro Detroit.
