Kaitlin Capobianco (she/her) is committed to supporting the learning, growth, and development of individuals engaged in transformative life experiences. As the Fellow Community and Recruitment Manager, she is responsible for recruiting top-tier early-stage social entrepreneurs and emerging artists to Halcyon’s programs. In addition, she supports, connects, and manages the community of fellows both during the programs and after.

Prior to joining Halcyon’s team, Kaitlin spent nearly a decade working in higher education, most recently serving as the Assistant Director of Academic Advising and DC Team Lead at Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School. In 2019, Kaitlin made a career pivot to entrepreneurship, completing New York State’s Entrepreneurial Assistance Program. She is currently exploring the role of emotional intelligence (EI) and related competencies (creativity, empathy, and grit), and holistic wellness in entrepreneur education, development, and engagement.

In her free time, Kaitlin can be found crisscrossing DC in search of live music, and talking excitedly (and at length) about art and architecture to her very patient friends. Kaitlin holds a M.A. (Hons) in Art History from the University of St Andrews (Scotland), an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration/College Student Affairs from Penn State, and an Executive Education Certificate in Innovation and Human-Centered Design from Johns Hopkins University.
