Kavi Misrilall has worked in healthcare investments in New York City for nearly a decade, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as a healthcare investment banker and corporate strategy professional. From an early age, he has been passionate about helping others and has devoted much of his free time to supporting philanthropic initiatives. Kavi served as the president of the Rotary Club of Manhasset - upon nomination, he became one of the youngest presidents of a Rotary Club in the organization's 114-year history. As club president, he focused on increasing awareness of mental health and later established the Do No Harm Foundation and Rose to address mental health stigma and access barriers.
Kavi holds a BS in finance from Fordham University and an MBA in healthcare management from Johns Hopkins University.
Venture: Rose delivers smarter mental health by leveraging machine learning for early detection of depression and mood disorders. It provides a HIPAA-compliant, clinically validated mental health platform that complements existing care services, giving providers the benefits of a more productive provider-patient engagement, improved patient progress and outcomes, and reduced treatment costs.
