Maggie (she/her) believes deeply in the importance space and storytelling hold for those who are changing the world. As Digital Communications Manager, she helps deliver and guide creative strategy and content for Halcyon’s digital platforms. Maggie also works closely with the program teams to highlight the voices of Halcyon fellows and share their inspired work with the broader Halcyon community.

Prior to joining the team, Maggie worked with a small art and culture non-profit in DC overseeing their communications and events. In addition, she helped launch their quarterly journal, highlighting the impact of art in the creation of culture, and acted as the Editorial Manager for the publication. Maggie graduated with a B.A. in Sociology, Peace and Conflict from a small liberal-arts school on the North Shore of Boston and spent much of her undergrad career traveling to study various conflicts and the role art played in the reconciliation process.

Maggie has an abyssal love of patios and swimming in lakes, and can often be found hosting with seasonal charcuterie boards or scouting for a new house plant.
