Rachel Keller Eisman is the executive director of the BUILD Health Challenge, a national, multi-funder awards program designed to strengthen partnerships between local nonprofit organizations, health systems, and health departments working to address upstream factors that influence community health. Prior to her involvement with BUILD, Rachel spent a decade overseeing the research and development of leadership curriculum in the Talent Development division of the Advisory Board Company, authoring many of the division’s signature workshops taught to hospital leaders and executives worldwide. 

Rachel began her career working for a domestic violence prevention nonprofit, developing programming on teen dating abuse and healthy relationships. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Emory University with a degree in Sociology.
