Susan Morita is a partner in the corporate and securities practice group of the law firm of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Ms. Morita’s practice focuses on domestic and international business transactions, including strategic acquisitions and investments, divestitures and complex joint ventures. She represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, electronics, information technology, chemicals and industrial manufacturing.
Ms. Morita is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.-Japan Council and a member of the Board of Governors of the Japanese American National Museum. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review. She received a Master's degree in public administration from the Woodrow Wilson School of International Affairs at Princeton University, and a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stanford University.
